Well you're ready for first grade.
First grade starts at the oldest age your state says you must register as a homeschooler or put your child in Public school.
In some states this is age 8 and some it is age 5.
You will tailor your child's schoolwork to their ability not to any arbitrary "grade or age" label so set those false notions aside and get on with your schooling.
I recommend a good test for example the Children's Skills test by Sylvan Learning. It works fine on vista set at WIN 98 compatibility. This will give you a report of where your child is. You can start your planning. I was able to find a copy of the software on eBay or you may contact Sylvan Learning directly.
If you are looking for a full curriculum that includes schedule you might like either OFE which is based on using old textbooks, or Ambleside Online which is based on the CM method of education.
We used Learning page for our children at this level simply because it was easier. Their theme base units looked very professional and they were cute too. You'll want to take a look at them they give you a new free book every month.
Kid Zone is another fairly comprehensive site. I would have used them more if they had been available when my family was at this level.
Literature Based Units for Grade PreK-4 is a really Nice place to get teaching Ideas. The Most recent unit I am working on there is Beatrix Potter. Pretty soon there will be a bunch of Copy work books and even some math Flash cards.
As our family got more comfortable with homeschooling and with making up our own lessons we drifted away from the laid out plans. We began to pick and choose what we wanted to do.

Here is a list of what we chose from:
Boggles World reading games
National Institute of Health health supplement
Math activity of the month was wonderful!
Eduplace has a complete math program that includes 6 worksheets for each lesson! Worksheets are in the Leveled Practice section.
Kid Zone has a ton of Math pages
Here is a language arts link I use quite often with my 1st grader:
Carl's Corner
